Why I didn’t order this cocktail first, I’m still not sure. From Experimental Cocktail Club (Lower East Side), this concoction of green cardamom infused Del Maguey Mezcal Vida, Velvet Falernum, red bell pepper juice, black pepper syrup, lime and balsamic vinegar is a tremendously delicious creation. It’s creative, it’s unexpected, and it’s a show stopper. Rarely do you see such flavor forward (and polarizing) ingredients come together in such harmony. Kudos to the team at ECC. Cheers!
